If you haven't used your download link yet, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase — email us with your order email and we'll process it.Not eligible for a refund
Once a template's download link has been used, the purchase is final — you've received the digital good in full. This matches how most digital marketplaces handle instantly-delivered products. The one exception: if the template is genuinely broken or doesn't match its product page description, we'll make it right — either a fix, a replacement, or a refund, at our discretion.How to request one
